Cooper, peacefully at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Thursday, January 25, 2007. Clarence E. "Jim" Cooper of Aylmer and formerly of Delhi in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Frances (Girvin)(Sinden) Cooper and the late Phyllis (Gadal) Cooper. Dear father of Judy Richardson of Bobcaygen. Father -in-law of Gloria Cooper of Tillsonburg. Brother of Bernice Tucker of Vanessa. Loving grandfather of Jody Richardson(Jodi), Rhonda Wachowiak(Steve), Ryan Richardson(Jenn), Gregory Cooper(Lisa), Michelle Heinbuck(Allen) and Belinda Loewen(Randy). Also survived by 10 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by a son James Cooper and a daughter Linda Cooper. Born in Courtland on March 31, 1921. Jim worked at Imperial Leaf Tobacco. He served in England and North Africa in the RCAF during WWII. He was a member of Col. Talbot Branch #81 of the Royal Canadian Legion, Trinity Anglican Church and Malahide Masonic Lodge #140 af & am. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2007 at 11:00 am. Legion Service Friday at 7:00 p.m. Cremation will follow. Interment of ashes, Delhi Cemetery. Padre Michael Wellwood of the Royal Canadian Legion, officiating.
