Obituary of Frederick Summers

Summers, peacefully after a short illness at London Health Science Centre- Victoria Hospital on Saturday, December 30, 2006. Frederick Ross Summers of Springfield in his 66th year. Dear brother of David Summers and wife Jeanette of Aylmer and Wilfrid McNaughton and wife Rhonda of Springfield. Longtime friend of Ruth Stewart. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Born in Tillsonburg on September 9, 1940 son of the late Iva McNaughton and the late Ross Summers. Fred was yard foreman at Cashway in Tillsonburg, worked at the Tobacco Warehouse in Aylmer and at Steens Pool Room. He was a lifelong resident of the farm at Springfield. Fred was a member of Malahide Masonic Lodge #140 af & am, the Aylmer Shrine Club and Mocha Temple, London. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Tuesday 7-9 and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held on Thursday January 4, 2007 at 1:00 pm. Interment, Springfield Cemetery. Rev.
