Sinden, at Kensington Village, London on Tuesday, October 11, 2011. Roy Sinden of London and formerly of Aylmer in his 91st year. Beloved husband of the late Marie (Hotchkiss) Sinden(1997). Dear father of David Sinden and wife Helgy of Oakville, Robert Sinden and wife Ellenore of London, Kathryn Rycroft and husband Donald of London and George Sinden and wife Karen of Aylmer.Loving grandfather of Kathryn, Paul, Allison, Leah, Lindsay, Matthew, Amanda and Callie and great-grandfather of Jazmine, Morgan, Isabel, Lilly and Hayden. Dear brother of Berneice Sinden and Frances McEown. Brother-in-law of Frances Cooper. Predeceased by a brother Stanley and a sister Freda Palmer. Born in Bayham Township on August 24, 1921 son of the late George Albert and Hilda (Starkey) Sinden. Roy was a member of St. Paul's United Church. He was a Past Master of Malahide Masonic Lodge #140, Past District Grand Master of St. Thomas District, Past First Principal of Aylmer Chapter #81 and a Past Grand Chapter Officer. He was also a member of and the Aylmer and Tillsonburg Shrine Clubs. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Masonic Service Friday at 6:45 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at 1:00 pm. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
