Obituary of Roy VanKemenade

VanKemenade, Roy of Aylmer passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Thursday, December 12, 2024 in his 71st year. He will be missed by his cherished daughters Lea Legg(Adam) of Kilworth and Megan VanKemenade of Aylmer and their mother Kara Stanley. Loving Opa of Ruby and Oakley. Dear brother of Ingrid VanKemenade, Yvonne Gavey(Wayne), Bruce VanKemenade(Lisa) and Kevin VanKemenade(Shannon). Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Born in Chatham, Ontario on May 20, 1954, son of the late Leo and Joan(Tops) VanKemenade. Roy was a farm equipment mechanic. His greatest joy came from his family and friends. Roy had a great sense of humour and was smooth on the dance floor. He loved hunting and riding his motorcycle. Cremation has taken place. A private gathering has been held.
