Teichroeb, Aganetha “Nettie” of St. Thomas and formerly of Aylmer passed away peacefully with family by her side at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Friday, May 10, 2024 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of Jacob Teichroeb. Dear mother of John Teichroeb of Aylmer, Cathy Louw(Andre) of St. Thomas, David Teichroeb(Lydia) of London, Anne Thiessen(Grant) of Manitoba, Jacob Teichroeb of London and Isaak Reimer(Sara) of Mexico. Loving grandmother of Melissa(Mike), Brian(Amber), Shelby, Jackson, Caleb(Chelsea), Noah(Sarah),Saul, Maria(Jacob), Peter(Helena), Jake(Irma), Sarah(Arthur), Abe(Ester) and Isaak(Helena). Great-grandmother of Gavin, Lukas, Ryder, Charlie, Lena(Willy), Timothy(Sonya), Jonathan, Nathan, Katie(Johnny), Amanda, Keith, Jaden, Julia, Luisa, Justin, Amy, Sefora(Peter), Steven, Leanna, Mckenzey, Caleb, Jessica, Benjamin, Matthew, Joshua, Matilda, Marcus, Abigail, Marilyn, Lydia, Mickayla, Simon and Naomi. Great-great grandmother of Dawson, Travis and Kimberly.  Sister of Lena Loewen of Leamington. Predeceased by her grandson Isaak, brother John and sister Anne Guenther. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews.  Born in Chihuahua, Mexico on February 3, 1937, daughter of the late John and Anna(Enns) Banman. In the late 70's, Nettie became a follower of Christ and accepted her Lord and Saviour into her life. Nettie spent many years volunteering at the MCS Aylmer Thrift Store and found great fulfillment in it. She enjoyed welcoming people into her home and cooking a delicious meal. She also took great joy in tending to her gardens. Visitation will be held at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday from 5-8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Aylmer Evangelical Mennonite Mission Church on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 11:00 am.
