Obituary of John Rempel

Rempel, Johan “John” passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on April 25, 2024 in his 57th year. Beloved husband of Anna (Friesen) Rempel. Dear father of Rob Rempel(Rosane) of Springfield, Rebeka Janzen(Henry) of Langton, Tina Friesen(Henry) of Port Rowan, Angie Wiebe(Willy) of Walsingham, Amanda Friesen(John) of Vienna and Fernando Rempel. Loving grandfather of Iris, late Nathan, Noah, Hannah, Levi, Jonas and Mabel.  Cherished son of Johan and Susan(Banman) Rempel. He will be missed by a number of nieces and nephews. Born in Chihuahua, Mexico on December 12, 1967. John worked at Eco-Pure Plumbing in London. He loved spending time outdoors, fishing and working on his farm in New Sarum. His greatest joy came from his family. Visitation will be held at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home on Sunday from 5-8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Lighthouse Gospel Church, Port Burwell on Monday, April 29, 2024 at 1:00 pm. Interment, Springfield Cemetery.
