Obituary of Cornelius Harder

Harder, Cornelius of Straffordville passed away peacefully with his family by his side at his residence on Friday, March 8, 2024. He was 41 years old. Beloved husband of Helena(Dyck) Harder. Dear father of Padro, Daniel, Susy, Trudy, Martin, Eva, Lena, Markus, Priszilla, Rebecca, Emanuel, Timothy and Naomi. Loving son of Martin and Aganetha(Bartsch) Harder. Brother of Jacob(Anna), Aganetha Fehr(John), John(Mary), Anna Thiessen(Peter), Trudy Wall(Abe), Margaretha Enns(Abe) and Martin(Mary). He will be missed by a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was born in Durango, Mexico on October 20, 1982. Cornelius was a farmer and a mechanic. Visitation will be held at the Lighthouse Gospel Church, Port Burwell on Sunday from 2-4:00 p.m. and 6-8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Lighthouse Gospel Church, Port Burwell on Monday, March 11, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
