It was so nice seeing Phyllis & Paul in B.C. in 2018. We had such a good time at the reunion of some of the Dawe Clan. My Condolences to Paul & the family. Hugs to all.

My condolences to your family. My Aunt Phyllis was a kind and wonderful lady. I recall when she and Uncle Paul came to stay with my late husband Todd and I in Chicago, it was such a great visit.
She was also my Pioneer Girl leader when I was a kid and she made me a needle point broach one year…I still have it to this day! Also, she was such a wonderful cook! I loved staying for lunch after playing out in the woods in Hampton with Marc & Aaron!
Sending love and hugs to the entire Zabudsky family, I’m sure she will be greatly missed.

For my entire life I've known Aunt Phyllis to be a very kind and joyful person. My siblings and I have fond memories of the Hampton property where our grandfather and Uncle Paul would tend a large garden, make maple syrup, keep honey bees, and harvest firewood. We had many good times and meals there.
My own family very much enjoyed Aunt Phyllis and Uncle Paul's visits to our home in Whiby, and they would make every effort to come by when my Father, David, was in town. Aunt Phyllis was always interested in how everyone was doing, and I'm glad each of my three children came to know her, and enjoy her company as well.
Sincere condolences to you Uncle Paul, Marc, and Aaron. She will be missed by many.

We were heartbroken to hear the news that Phyllis has pass away. It is with a heavy heart that we extend our deepest condolences to all who knew and loved Phyllis. As one of the four family sponsored us in the early 80s, the Boat People, she was a beacon of kindness and joy, touching the lives of everyone in our family with her warmth, generosity, and unwavering friendship. Phyllis's spirit was a rare gem, and her absence leaves a void that cannot be filled. As we mourn this immense loss, let us also celebrate the remarkable life she lived and the beautiful memories she leaves behind. May her soul find peace, and may we find comfort in knowing that her legacy will forever live in our hearts. Our thoughts are with the Zabudsky family during this profoundly difficult time.
Rest in peace, dear Phyllis. You will be profoundly missed but never forgotten.

Phyllis was one of my dearest friends for over 50 years....I treasured her gifts of hospitality, mentoring and humour. We experienced all the good and bad in our " mothering years" and she was a great mentor. She leaves me with wonderful memories to cherish. Phyllis was a dedicated Christian and demonstrated the the Lord's love in her life....Wendy

Sending condolences to Paul and family for your incredible loss. We will miss our dear Aunt Phyllis, who was my good friend, and Sister in Christ. She was an absolute treasure, who was so incredibly kind and thoughtful. It brings us comfort that she looked forward to being with our Lord and Saviour whom she devoted her whole life to serving and in serving others. Psalm 23:6
Much Love from Adam, Edith, & Jude Wannamaker

Paul and family, I am so sorry to hear about Phylis..I did not know she was not well. She kept in touch with me by e-mail and such about family./ Her Mom was my Dads sister. She told me she had arthritis also. We used to play a lot as kids when my parents went to Orillia from Oshawa. We are the same age. She was a wonderful person..
My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Phyllis was one of my favorite cousins. She was always so kind to me and I’m so grateful she and Paul came out to BC for our Dawe Cousins Reunion a few years ago. I have many treasured memories of that visit. My condolences to all of the family. I am so sorry for your loss. I wish I could be there for her funeral. Love to all, Lois Robertson Riley
