Obituary of Donald Fentie

Fentie, Donald Gordon after a short illness at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Wednesdsay, October 25, 2006 in his 80th year. Don was born and lived his whole life on the Fentie farm in South Dorchester Township. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 59 years Betty (Hunter) Fentie. He leaves two sons Ronald of Springfield and Bruce and wife Judy of South Dorchester Township and a daughter-in-law Donna of Tillsonburg. Grandpa will be missed by his grandchildren Tricia and Brad Van Gorp, Tara and Matthew Gavey, Andrea Fentie and fianc�e Ben Gavey, Gregory and Darryl Fentie. Also survived by 4 great grandchildren, sisters Jean Smith of Windsor and Agnes Harkes and husband Jack of St. Mary�s and a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a sister Florence Rickard and husband Jack and a brother-in-law Gordon Smith. Born on October 18, 1927, son of the late Kenneth Earl and Emma (Yake) Fentie. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. Interment, New Delmer Cemetery.
