Gloria, Daryl and Dean. My condolences on Bobs passing. I was involved with modifying some of Bobs trucks over the years. He liked his chrome and louder exhaust and always had fun helping him do so. Only one like him for sure. Mark Widner

I remember Uncle Bob mostly from being a kid - he gave me my first ride on a motorcycle, and used to drive around in his excellently cool metallic green Plymouth. And at every visit he would jazz my mom about something and then laugh like crazy. Makes me smile to remember those days.
So sorry Dean, Daryl, and Gloria.
Love Darlene

Bob Sheppard and I were together for six years as coaches for Aylmer Minor Hockey. We started at the bottom with the Atom All Star team-now known as Rep. It was a good place for us to start as we felt that the kids knew just a little bit less than we did; Oh were we wrong about that. We had some very good teams and we had some teams not so good but we made sure that everyone had fun and every kid got just ice time; much to the chagrin of some parents. After two years of atom we moved to Bantam -that was wake up call. Those kids could actually skate like the wind [in comparison to "Shep" and I] After six seasons we called it a day working side by side with Aylmer's youth.
"Shep" was always respectful and respected. It was my pleasure to call Bob Sheppard "FRIEND and FELLOW COACH
