Obituary of Hendrik Kers

Kers, at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Thursday October 19, 2006. Hendrik Jan (Henry) Kers of Sparta in his 65th year. Beloved husband of Coby (Bremer) Kers. Dear father of Susan and husband Chris VanLingen of Ingersoll, Henry-John Kers and wife Angelina of London, and Tracy Lynn Kers of London, Loved by his grandchildren Charlotte, Rebecca, Johnathan, Timothy, Jocelynn and Isabelle. Brother of Hans Kers and wife Ann of Stayner, Martin Kers and wife Eggelina of Aylmer, Dianne and husband John DeVos of Guelph and Maria and husband Jim McKichan of London. Born in Appeldoorn, The Netherlands on January 1, 1942 Son of the late Hendrik Jan and Gerritje (van Gortel) Kers. Henry farmed at Sparta for thirty-five years. He was a member and an elder of the Aylmer Christian Reformed Church. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer 2-4 and 7-9 pm Sunday. The funeral service will be held at the Aylmer Christian Reformed Church on Monday October 23, 2006 at 11:00 am. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery. Rev.
