Our deepest condolences to Annette and all of David's family. Our family only met David once but what a memorable time it was! We didn't think to take pictures during our lovely visit with David and Annette, as we surely intended to have more visits. In our hearts we will carry a picture of that visit with David along with the sound of his voice and the funny stories he told.
Mary, Dave and Diamond

Very sorry to hear this news, it has been a while since we have been in touch. We fondly remember Dave’s visits to our farm in Lambeth and listening to all his stories. Big hugs to Annette and the rest of the family from Cathy and Glenn Tusch

Dave was always gracious to me whenever I would visit over at Annette's. A genuinely kind and caring man. Rest in Peace Dave. You will be greatly missed. My condolences to your family.

Dave was truly one of a kind. With an adventurous spirit, Dave was always quick to elbow me with a joke or a funny story.
More than once, he made me cough on my coffee with something he said. "Shh Dave!" I'd laugh, shaking my head.
Looking back... I wonder if sometimes he pretended not to hear so he could just go on being his mischievous self. :)
A true diamond in the rough and proud family man, he will be missed.
Sincerest condolences from my family to yours.

So long my friend,
I cherish the times we laughed while watching our young children grow.
Years ago you installed windows in our home,
Often while opening, closing, or just looking out, I'll think of you, and that will continue more so, even now.
I know that you fought hard,
Rest in peace, my friend,
And know that you are loved.
