Obituary of Dorothy Versnick

Versnick, Dorothy of Aylmer passed away peacefully at her residence on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Andre "Andy" Versnick(2014). Dear mother of Danny Versnick(Melissa), the late Michael Versnick(2020), David Versnick and Laurie Wilson(Todd) all of Aylmer. Loving Mimi of Daryl(Gabrielle), Heather(Jamie), Dustin(Jacklyn), Brenden, Rayah, Devin and Matthew. Great-Mimi of Jordan, Abi, Cole, Ashlyn, Zoey and Vivian. She will also be missed by her grand-dog Cooper. Predeceased by her daughter-in-law Lynne, her sister Margaret and brothers Camiel and Maurice. Born in Woodslee, Ontario on December 30, 1933, daughter of the late Amand and Laura(Casier) Rabaey. Dorothy and her husband Andy grew tobacco for 65 years. She wintered in Deerfield Beach Florida for a number of years. She was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows R.C. Church and the CWL. Visitation will be held at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Sunday from 1:00-4:00 p.m. The funeral mass will be held at the Our Lady of Sorrows R. C. Church, Aylmer on Monday, August 21, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Queen of Peace Cemetery. Donations to Our Lady of Sorrows R. C. Church or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
