Axford, Christine Ellen of Aylmer passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Wednesday, June 14, 2023. She was 46. Beloved wife of Dwayne Lavoie. Loving mother of Kyle. Dear daughter of Dan Axford(late Nova) and Carol Lewis. Sister of Donna Axford. step-sister of Christa Sparling, Andrea Kleiman and Tim Sparling. Daughter-in-law of Peter and Jacqueline Lavoie. Sister-in-law of Peter Lavoie(Lynn). Step-mother of Raven(Matt) and Andrew. Grandmother of Hailey. Aunt of Matt(Summer), Jesse(Tina), Ryen and Sydney.  Great-aunt of Desmond and Clayton. Born in St. Thomas, Ontario on June 14, 1977. Christine was an accomplished author and had published five books. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home on Monday, June 19, 2023 at 1:00 pm. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday 1-4:00 p.m. Donations to the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital Foundation –Mental Health would be appreciated.
