Obituary of Tom Thoonen

Thoonen, Thomas of St. Thomas passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Monday, May 8, 2023 in his 64^th year. Loving father of Amber(Harvey) and Tom(Naomi) and grandfather of Leahla and Rylan. Dear brother of John, Jim, Ken and Kim Reurink(Ed). Uncle of Frank, Andre, Cassie, Caleb and Josh. He will be missed by Alissa and Jeff Dieleman and their children. Predeceased by his brother Dan.  Born in St. Thomas, Ontario on May 8, 1960, son of the late Marius and Edna(Cornish) Thoonen. Tom enjoyed being outdoors, especially on the water fishing and kayaking. Visitation will be held at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Thursday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, May 15, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation-burial, Queen of Peace Cemetery.
