Rempel, Elizabeth of Aylmer passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Thursday, March 16, 2023 in her 61^st year. Beloved wife of John Rempel. Dear mother of Anna Harder (George) and loving grandmother of Lucas and Naomy. Survived by her brothers Dave, Pete, Jake, Abe and sister Sara. Predeceased by her brothers Henry, John, Abe and sisters Anna and Helen. Born in Chihuahua, Mexico on October 10, 1962, daughter of the late Jacob and Elisabeth(Undrau) Dyck. Visitation will be held at the Old Colony Mennonite Church, Aylmer on Monday from 6-8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Old Colony Mennonite Church, Aylmer on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 2:00 pm.
