Obituary of Hazel Helmer

Helmer, Hazel of Tillsonburg and formerly Aylmer passed away at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Saturday, February 25, 2023 in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Lorenzo Helmer(2000) and the late David Gladdish(1990). Dear mother of Calvin Shelley of Tillsonburg. Loving grandmother of Carl Shelley, Ken Shelley(Jody) and Dwayne Shelley(Tammy). Great-grandmother of Kyler and Kyrsten. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sons Bob and Carl Shelley, daughter Linda Shelley, brothers Warren, Walter, Clarence, Grant and Charles Graves and sister Ella Mae Ralf.  Born in Bayham Township on July 2, 1928, daughter of the late Gordon and Ella(Quackenbush) Graves. Visitation will be held at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Monday from 6-8:00 p.m. where the funeral will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Calton Cemetery.
