Obituary of Cindy Corless

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Cindy Corless who passed away on Friday, February 17, 2023 in her 66^th year.  She leaves behind her loving husband and forever friend of 37 years, Marvin Corless and deeply missed by her children Kelly (Henry) Peters, Richard (Nicole) Corless, Micheal (Nicole) Corless, Stephanie (Moe) Van Damme, Peggy Corless. She was a loving and supportive parent to Savannah (Cole) Armstrong and Marina (Collin) Hollister.  Survived by her sister Cathy (Louie) DeBruyne and sister-in-law Linda Haney.  Her grandchildren were her world and she loved them very much, Matthew, Kristen, Liam, Declan, Shayla, Caleb, Caylee, Dakota, Maddi, Travis, Nathan, Jaxson, Harper and Addy.  She will be missed by her furry companion, Dexter. Survived by her brother-in-law Murray Corless. She is survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Predeceased by her parents, Harold and Georgina Haney, sisters Christine Wall, Caren Haney and brothers Jim Haney and Jeff Haney. Father and Mother-in-Law, Ralph and Helen Corless.

Cindy was known for her kindness and generosity. She enjoyed spending time with family, taking trips especially to Las Vegas and Cuba and her time traveling to the casino with Deb. She enjoyed bowling and showing her 1968 Volkswagen Beetle at classic car shows.

Cindy enjoyed driving school bus for over 20 years and later delivering mail for the Springfield Post Office. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her but her memory will live on through the love she shared with others and the legacy she leaves behind.

Visitation will be held at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Thursday from 5-8:00 p.m. where the service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, February 24, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation- Springfield Cemetery.
