Obituary of Cheryl Diane Dickhout

Dickhout, Cheryl Diane of Aylmer passed away peacefully with her family by her side at London Health Science Centre- Victoria Hospital on Sunday, October 16, 2022 in her 63rd year. Born in Tillsonburg, Ontario on December 22, 1959. Daughter of the late Elgin Johnson and Treva(Ward) Johnson. Beloved wife of 45 years to Bill Dickhout. Loving mother of Carol Abel, Linda Dakins (Wyatt), and Billie-Jo Robertson (late Gordon). Proud grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. Beloved sister of Deb Johnson(Mario). Cheryl was predeceased by her siblings Larry Schmeltz, Linda Haney, and Carol Archer. Survived by mother-in-law Vera May Dickhout(late Ted) and brother-in-law Wayne Haney, sister-in-law Bonnie Schmidt(late Randy), brothers-in-law Joe(Daphne), Ben, Andrew, and Tom Dickhout(Mandy). Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Cheryl was a bookkeeper. She was a member of the Aylmer Baptist Church and Col. Talbot Branch #81 of the Royal Canadian Legion. Cheryl and Bill enjoyed their fellow bikers. She was Provincial Treasurer of Biker's Rights of Ontario. Cheryl loved to cook and bake for family and friends. Visitation at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at 11:00 am. Cremation will follow.
