Dear Margie & Family: Please accept our sympathies at Bev’s passing. I will always cherish the memories of our car pool days to and from Fanshawe. With two engineers, a mathematician, councillor & me the route usually taken was through the center of road construction or by a building going up. I learned so much from the conversations & will always remember those wonderful car pool experiences. RIP Bev

I truly enjoyed having Bev as a colleague for most of his time at Fanshawe. In many ways he was not only an ideal employee but perhaps more importantly a good person with high values and a very pleasant and fun personality. Those qualities are hard to come by and I only regret that he saw the need to retire at such a young age!
Sincerest condolences.

Margie, Greg, Kathy,
We are sorry to hear of Bev's passing. We recall lovely social times with you both. Roland truly enjoyed working with Bev on various projects at Fanshawe. He was a pioneer & excellent contributor to the future & success of Fanshawe.
He loved his job but mostly his family took top prize. We're glad he had many years of retirement to enjoy the family & outdoors & various groups he assisted with. This world could use a lot more folks like Bev. He was an awesome person with soooo many outstanding qualities. Our thoughts & prayers are with you. May he rest in peace.

Dear Margie and All your very special family:
Remembering with fondness a wonderful “Christ Follower” who was the salt of the earth and light in the world.
Bev was a man that was more “walking the walk” than “talking the talk”! I will never forget our first meeting when Bev faithfully &
regularly brought his Dad to the Yarmouth Centre United church. Granville was so proud of his son. Bev had a ministry of “Helps and “Wisdom” of which I was a grateful recipient. We came home one day to find our old canoe that was ready for the dump,
had been fixed by Bev “gratis” and is still on the water. His wisdom helped us through many bumps on “The Way”! And he saved our churches a lot of money with his free “engineering” advice. Our kids loved his laughter and playfulness and were always
so happy to have him deliver Margie’s Christmas goodies for many many years! Margie, May you and your family be loved
as you walk through this valley and may you experience the Promised Presence of the One who Is Always With You!
From our family to yours! We loved the photo tribute on this site! Roger and Janess Landell

Margy, Greg & Kathy!
Bev has always had a very special place in my memory bank. He was supportive, encouraging and a fun person to be around. It was a honour to MC his retirement function in 1994. When meeting at grandkid sporting events, it was such a pleasure to catch up on recent happenings.
To all of you, our heartfelt condolences and take some comfort in knowing that so many others share in your loss.

I worked with Bev for almost 20 years at the College. He was a wonderful man who made a lasting impact on the college and those with whom he worked. I remember him as a caring man with a twinkle in his eye and a good sense of humour. He had a strong sense of values wanting to see the right things done to benefit the college and our students. Condolences to his family.

Bev was was patient, friendly and kind. He allowed me to me and gave me the confidence to be happy while accomplishing what needed to be done. To Margie and family. I first met Bev in 1977 when I joined the faculty in the school of technology, Fanshawe College. However, I got to know Bev much better as a member of Kiwanis Golden K. I discovered we had similar interests and shared them often. Bev was an extremely knowledgeable and a very kind person. I know he positively impacted my life and I'm very sure I'm not alone. To Margie and family, our sincere condolences.
