Thirteen years ago, my husband and I were so blessed to have a Christian family move in next to us. I've found Peter + Sara Enns and their family of girls (as well as husbands, as time moved on) throughout these years as thoughtful and soft spoken but I clearly remember the first days when the family moved in:
So many people rushing around with all these girls looking alike, and certainly doing their share of the lifting, carrying, moving, cleaning windows, sweeping / mopping the floors, polishing and their share of lifting / shuffling furniture without complaining. These girls are such a credit to Sara and Peter - She raised her girls just like she had been raised herself - very gentle, soft-spoken, courteous, honest and offering to help others, expecting nothing but a thank-you in return. Sara taught her family by example, all helping one another, no arguing, fighting or turning your back onto one another. She taught them with love to love one another!
Sara had four main loves in her life a) her family including Peter, her children + grandchildren in addition to her parents and siblings
b) flowers
c) baking
d) her Lord Jesus Christ
Sara was a beautiful woman - beautiful both inside and out - I'm going to miss you Sara . . .. Until we meet again,

Family was very important for Sara. But she also was a very caring loving friend. We have had alot of good times together. Sometimes the man had time to join us too. She loved fall with the changing colors on the trees. She would send me pictures sometimes. She loved Spanish Mexican music even though I'm sure she couldn't understand it. We shared a love for roses. When one of us called the other she once said let's not end with goodbye so when I would say I love you she'd say I love you more. She often had interesting remarks. She was funny. Sara I'm gonna miss you there are no words for it. I'm not gonna say goodbye but till we meet in heaven. Give your sister and my sister a hug for me. To the family May you all hold on to Jesus. Our condolences!!
