In His infinite wisdom, God has called our dear husband, father and Opa, Jan (John) de Dreu, home on Sunday, October 24, 2021, in his 85th year.  Beloved husband of Ann de Dreu.  Loving father of Kees (Anita) de Dreu, Suzanna (Albert) Westerhof, Marina (Joel) Schat, Piet (SharRon) de Dreu, Janneke (André) Kroondijk, Adrian (Linda) de Dreu, Bram (Julie) de Dreu and Cora (Bertus) Kroondijk.  Beloved Opa to 26 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.  Born in Zeeland, the Netherlands, John and Ann immigrated to Canada in 1979.  John was a member of Bethel United Reformed Church, Aylmer. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and church.  Visitation will be held at Bethel United Reformed Church, 49823 Talbot Line, Aylmer, on Monday, November 1, 2021 from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.  Funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Bethel URC, with private interment prior to the service. 

MASKS and DISTANCING RULES ARE REQUIRED.
