Banman, Neta of St. Thomas passed away peacefully at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Wednesday, October 20, 2021. She was 80 years old. Beloved wife of John Banman and dear mother of Rick Banman(Donna), Larry Banman(Kim) all of St. Thomas and the late Michael Banman(1968). Loving grandmother of Kristen, Alex(Victoria), Victoria, Jason and Noah. She was a proud great-grandmother of Ailey, Rhys and Brooks. Also survived by sisters Mary Klassen, Margaret Peters, Betty Hollinger(Andrew), Anna Wiebe(Pete), Tina Wiebe(Cornelius), Lena Cornell, Sally Matschke, a brother John Klassen(Helen) and a number of nieces and nephews.  Born in Chihuahua, Mexico on April 5, 1941, daughter of the late Jacob and Maria (Reimer) Klassen, Neta was a missionary in Bolivia for 22 years. She was a faithful member of the Lighthouse Gospel Church in Port Burwell. Visitation at the  H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Thursday 2-5 p.m.  (MASKS AND DISTANCING RULES are in place). The funeral service will be held at the Lighthouse Gospel Church in Port Burwell on Friday, October 22, 2021 at 1:00 pm. Interment, Orwell Cemetery. Donations to the Corner Cupboard Food Bank.
