Obituary of Judith Hope

Hope, Judith D. of Mossley passed away Tuesday, August 3 2021. Mother of Deborah (Bruce) and Glenn (Angela).Grandmother of 6 grandsons, which 3 grandsons served in the Canadian Armed Forces: Air Force, Army and Navy. They have provided a vail of protection to the citizens of Canada and other countries around the world and have given the rights and freedoms that we as Canadians enjoy to every human being that should have these rights and freedoms. Our mother as well as our father, Gerald Hope were big believers in honesty, rights and freedoms, our community and country. Our mother also has 8 great-grandchildren. Our mother was an active community member in the Harrietsville Mossley area including the Harrietsville Mossley United Church, the Mossley Post Heritage and Citizenship Society and the creation of Wildlife Habitat for species at risk and endangered species on her farm which she considered her civic duty to our society. She worked at the Aylmer Express, Hearn Kelly Printing, and Murray Kelly Printing as an appraiser. A private ceremony has been served. Donations can be made to the Harrietsville Mossley United Church or Ducks Unlimited can be made at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer (519)773-8400.
