Dear Mariette,
Walter and I are very saddened to read and hear about Daniel’s passing. With COVID restrictions, we were only able to get together for Kurling for a couple weeks. We sure will miss Daniel at Kurling as he was the “take out” king. I’ve spoken with Pauline, who was shocked and saddened , as well as Don and Kim. Consistently, the words to describe Daniel were “so kind, great sense of humour and such a gentle soul”. I will particularly miss our football chats and discussing the Vikings chances of a Super Bowl win.
Please know we would absolutely love to see you back at Kurling when restrictions are lifted and you feel comfortable to come out. We have missed you both! Please know you are in our thoughts and hearts.
