I dont even know where to start. As your older brother I can’t help but look back and wish I had more time with you. I wish we had one more adventure. One more hangout night. One more pointless drive full of random conversation.
You were always so willing to help, to talk or to just be present. I put a lot of thought into my favourite memory of us, but I keep falling back to just you and me hanging out- just the two of us, didn’t need anything else & I miss it so much. I just want one more time to be your big brother.
I love you and miss you.

Matt, there will never be a way to remember you that will replace the laughter and brightness your presence brought to our homes and hearts. I was lucky enough to spend 6 years with you as my brother in-law, that will never be enough.
I watched the way your entire family was flooded with laughter and excitement when “Uncle Matt is coming!”. I watched you and your family laugh to the point of tears at all your inside jokes and memories of childhood. You were never short of a joke or story. You were full of great ideas and a never ending willingness to jump in and help absolutely anyone you could.
I will forever miss the late nights when you’d stay over and the joy that filled our home and your brothers heart from having you there with us.
You are our forever angel, irreplaceable & painfully missed.
You can rest peacefully Matty.
I love you. xx

Matt you will be forever missed by all of us. I will miss your smile and how it could brighten up anyone's day. You were an amazing brother to Amanda and I. How special you were and always will be to our girls is honestly undescribable. You helped shape each one of them. You will forever be here through all that you have instilled in them. Rest easy my brother. It's only bye for now

I’m recalling the many adventures through the swam and over the hills in Port Bruce that Matt took me on. Never a dull moment with him. I can’t imagine the loss you as a family must be feeling right now and I offer you my condolences.
