Obituary of Betty Loewen
Loewen, Elizabeth “Betty” of Aylmer passed away peacefully at her residence, Terrace Lodge on Monday, March 8, 2021 in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Jacob Loewen(1979). Dear mother of Jacob Loewen(Tina) of Aylmer, Cornelius(Tina) of Mexico, Helen Wiebe(the late Jacob) of Aylmer, Mary Peters(Johan) of Texas and Tina Wiebe(John) of Aylmer. Also survived by 21 grandchildren, 60 great-grandchildren, 2 great- great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her granddaughter, brothers Jacob, Isaak, Wilhelm, Franz and sisters Tina and Helena. Born in Chihuahua, Mexico on July 11, 1927, daughter of the late Johan and Lena (Rempel) Fehr. The funeral service will be held at the Bradley St. Church of God on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 11:00 am (Masks are required). A livestream of the service will be available for anyone who wishes to attend remotely. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, friends and family who wish to attend the visitation at H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday March 10 in the evening can call 519-773-8400 to make an appointment. Private family burial will follow at the Aylmer Cemetery.
