VanHappen, Jacoba Hendrika “Jackie” of Aylmer passed away at her residence on Sunday, June 14, 2020 in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late John VanHappen(2019). Dear mother of Lynn Baer(Mike) of St. Thomas, Martin and Linda Van Happen of Cold Lake Alberta, Wilma and Stewart Brooks of Brownsville, Cathy Van Happen(Kevin) of Otterville, John and Jackie Van Happen of R.R.1, Eden. Loving grandmother of Ryan(Arakua), Devon(Jess), Dana, Chris(Jessica), John(Tamara), David(Kalie), Justin(Laura), Kyle(Melanie), Tyler(Cassandra), Brennan(Jenny), Chad, Cale(Catina), Jaclyn(Justin), Johnie(Nick), Carley and Cory. Also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Born in Eindhoven, The Netherlands on June 23, 1926, daughter of the late Wilhelm and Catherina(Coolen) VanGerwen. Alongside her husband John, she operated the North Hall Snack Bar. She was a devoted member of the Our Lady of Sorrows R.C. Church as well as the CWL. Jackie’s life was devoted to her family. A private family service will be held at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Thursday, June 18, 2020. Interment, Queen of Peace Cemetery.
