Obituary of Mike Versnick
Versnick, Michael of Aylmer passed away at his residence on Monday, April 20, 2020 in his 59th year. Loving father of Matthew. Beloved son of Dorothy (Rabaey) Versnick and the late Andy Versnick(2014). Dear brother of Danny and wife Lynne, David, Laurie Wilson and husband Todd all of Aylmer. Born in St. Thomas, Ontario on October 27, 1961. Affectionately known by his friends as “Goose.” Mike loved playing sports and was an avid hockey player. He loved the gathering and camaraderie of being with his friends. He was a proud tobacco farmer for many years. A private funeral service will be held at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home and will be live streamed on our YouTube channel on Friday, April 24, 2020 at 11:00am. A gathering to celebrate Mike’s life will be held at a later date after COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted. Interment, Queen of Peace Cemetery.
