Obituary of Abram Hamm

Hamm, Abram “Abe” of Terrace Lodge, Aylmer passed away peacefully at his residence on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at age 79. Beloved husband of Margaretha (Wall) Hamm. Dear father of Johan Hamm(Kathy) of St Thomas, the late Jacob Hamm of Aylmer, Margaretha Wolf(Jacob) of New Hamburg, Maria Hamm of Aylmer, Sara Giesbrecht(Dan) of Aylmer, Abraham Hamm of Tillsonburg, Anni Bird(Mark) of London and Cornelius Hamm(Susie) of Springfield. Loving grandfather to 20 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Brother of Sarah, Margaretha, Jacob, Elizabeth and Johan Hamm, step-brother of Susan, Helen, Mary and Henry Wieler. Predeceased by two infant daughters, a son Jacob, grandson Gabriel and 8 step-siblings. Born in Chihuahua, Mexico on February 3, 1941, son of the late Johan and Margaretha (Peters) Hamm. Abe was a resident of Langton for many years, who later in years moved to Aylmer. He loved to tinker on small engines, washing machines and clocks. He enjoyed the harmonica & accordion. Abe and Margaretha loved to repair furniture together.
