Obituary of Mary Peters

Peters, Mary of Aylmer passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Monday, February 24, 2020 in her 81st year. Beloved wife of the late John Peters(2014). Loving mother of Pete Peters, Hilda Peters and partner Jake Neufeld, Martha Klassen and husband Dennis and Wonita Bergen and husband Frank. Sister of Pete Giesbrecht(Helen), Kathy Friesen(Abe), Dave Giesbrecht(Leona), Isaac Giesbrecht(Eva), Nettie Thiessen(Henry), Annie Zacharias(Jake) and John Giesbrecht(Deb). Sister-in-law of Dave and Margaret Peters, Maria and Jake Giesbrecht and Julia Card. She will be sadly missed by 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Abe and Jake. Born in Chihuahua, Mexico on September 21, 1939, daughter of the late Peter and Aganetha(Klassen) Giesbrecht. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Old Colony Mennonite Church, Aylmer on February 27, 2020 at 2:00 pm.
