Obituary of Doug Howe

Howe, John Douglas “Doug” of Vienna passed away at his residence on Friday, January 24, 2020 in his 64th year. Beloved husband of Susan (Stevenson) Howe. Dear father of Jacqulyn Howe-McLagan(Duncan) and Jennifer Howe(Mike Bates). Loving grandfather of Alice and Hunter. He will be missed by his siblings Susan Howe, Don Howe(Judy), Allan Howe(Dana), Kathy Gray(Brian) and David Howe(Judy), his mother-in-law Joan Lapointe and brother-in-law Drew Stevenson. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Doug was a resident of Paris, Ontario for a number of years. He was an avid boater and curler. He adored coaching ringette. Born in Windsor on July 20, 1956, son of the late William and Shirley(Allan) Howe. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at the Legion in Paris, Ontario on Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 1-5p.m. Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
