Obituary of Pauline Roberts

Roberts, Pauline of Aylmer passed away peacefully at her residence on Wednesday, January 1, 2020 in her 98th year. Beloved wife for 53 years of the late Robert “Bob” Patrick Roberts(1998). Dear mother of Vivian Moore(Jim) of Strathroy and Judy Minor(Mark) of Aylmer. Loving grandmother of Evelyn D'Oria(Nick), Russel Moore(Catherine), Marisa Kohler(Jason) and Lindsay Sande(Taylor). Proud great-grandmother of Sarah, Emily, Paul, Robert, Logan, Kadence and Chloe. Sister of Katharine Howe of Kingston and sister-in-law of Bill Nelson. She will be remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brother Don Foster(Norma), sister Ruth Nelson and brothers-in-law Mac Howe and John Roberts(Marie). Born in Summers Corners on December 5, 1922, daughter of the late Bert and Vera (Learn) Foster. Pauline was a dedicated member for over 75 years of St. Paul’s United Church and a member of the U.C.W. She was a Registered Nurse for Dr. Beveridge & Dr. Poots for over 42 years. Upon retirement, Pauline volunteered for the Aylmer Museum, was President of the Ladies Auxiliary of Chartwell Nursing Home and enjoyed playing euchre at the Aylmer Legion. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday 2-4 and 7-9pm where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 11:00am. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
