Obituary of Sara Abrams

Abrams, Sara of Terrace Lodge, Aylmer passed away peacefully at her residence on Friday, February 8, 2019. She was 93 years old. Beloved wife of the late Peter Abrams(2012). Dear mother of Nela Kauenhofen(John) of Aylmer, Anna Hiebert(late Philip) of Mexico,  Eva Giesbrecht(Isaak) of Springfield, Sara Zacharias(Frank) of Calton, Will Abrams(Debbie) of New Zealand and Helen Stoesz(Carl) of Virginia U.S.A. Predeceased by her sons Peter Abrams(2018) and John Abrams(1983). Mother-in-law of Margaret Abrams and Valerie Abrams. Also survived by sisters Eva and Agatha. She will be missed by a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a grandchild , brothers Diedrich, Johan and Peter and a sister Anna.  Born in Chihuahua, Mexico on December 26, 1925, daughter of the late John and Anna (Penner) Dueck. Sara came to Aylmer in April of 1966. She was a homemaker and mother. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer for visitation on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Sommerfeld Mennonite Church, Aylmer on Monday, February 11, 2019 at 11:00 am.
