The very first time I met Mrs Speets i was 15 years old and dating her grandson Donny. A few weeks into our relationship Donny brought me over to meet them. It feels like it was yesterday. You see, Donny always talked about his grandmas soup and how it was the best soup he ever had. He was absolutely right. Mr & Mrs Speets (aka Grandma and Grandpa) always greeted me with warm smiles, big hugs, and always treated me like one of their own. RIP grandma. I will forever remember you.
