Obituary of John Weninger

Weninger, John of R.R. #2 Aylmer passed away at his residence on Saturday, October 27, 2018 in his 83^rd year. Beloved husband of Angela (Eechaute) Weninger. Dear father of Marlene Ouellette(Andy) of Leamington, John Weninger(Andrea) of Aylmer and Joe Weninger(Heidi) of Aylmer.  Loving grandfather of Karlene, Kaitlyn(Kyle), Jessica, Jonathan, Antonio, Simon and Emily.  Cousin to Katie Unger and the late Andy Wenhardt.  Born in Bikacs, Hungary on February 6, 1936, son of the late John and Katharina(Lengyel) Weninger. He came to Canada in 1949 and was a tobacco farmer on Jamestown Line.  He was a devoted member of St. John’s Lutheran Church and the German Canadian Club.  Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and prayers at 6:45p.m.  The service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.   Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.  Donations to the St. John’s Lutheran Church or St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
