Obituary of Ben Loewen

Loewen, Bernard "Ben" of Aylmer passed away at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Monday, July 9, 2018.  He was 85. Beloved husband of the late Sara (Ham) Loewen(2017). Dear father of Margaret Reynolds(Claude), Jake Loewen(Mary), John Loewen, Ben Loewen(Debbie), Abe Loewen and Isaac Loewen(Kim).  Brother of Katharina  Froese(Henry), Isaac Loewen(Anna) and Elizabeth Loewen.  He will be missed by 17 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by his sister Margaret.  Born in Durango, Mexico on December 16, 1932, son of the late Jacob and Katharina (Thiessen) Loewen. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.   The funeral service will be held at the EMMC Summers Corners, on Friday, July 13, 2018 at 1:00 pm.  Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.  Share memories or condolences at kebbelfuneralhome.com
