Obituary of George Wiebe

Wiebe, George of Aylmer passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Monday, April 30, 2018. He was 68. Beloved husband of Mary (Maltezo) Wiebe. Dear father of Heather Parks(Chris) and Penni "the kid" Lenane-VanBeers(Steve). Loving grandfather of Joshua, Jonny, Alyssa, Denis(Kate), Jackalynn(Dave) and great-grandfather of Lillian and Morgan. Brother of Jacob(Kathy), Anna Friesen and Margaret Huisman(Gary). Brother-in-law of Brenda, Chris(Emma), Alex and Al(John). Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a sister Justina(1989).  Born on October 19, 1949, son of the late Rev. Jacob and Justina (Martens) Wiebe. George loved motorcycles, fishing and tinkering and fixing things.  Friends may call at the  H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Thursday 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Friday, May 04, 2018 at 11:00 am. Cremation has taken place. Donations to the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital or the Cancer Society would be appreciated.
