Obituary of Annie Oliver

Oliver, Annie of Simcoe passed away at Hamilton General Hospital on Thursday, February 15, 2018 in her 69th year. Beloved wife of Jim Oliver and loving mother of Michael(Kara) and Tim(Allison). Proud grandmother of Truman, Rushford, Ainsley and Gemma. Dear sister of Nell Van Ymeren-Marsden(Brian), Betty Johnson(Darryl), Harry Van Ymeren(Sandra), Peter Van Ymeren and Bart Van Ymeren(Sheila).  Sister-in-law to Allan and Bonnie Oliver, Debbie and Reinout Von Martels. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews.  Born in The Netherlands on April 2, 1949, daughter of the late Bart and Tina (Ligtermoet) Van Ymeren. Annie retired as a Professor at Fanshawe College, London in Human Services. The funeral service will be held at St Paul's Presbyterian Church, 85 Lot St, Simcoe on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 1:00 pm. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 11 a.m.-12:45 p.m. Cremation has taken place. Donations to the St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church or Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
