Obituary of John Seimen

Seimen, John of Aylmer passed away peacefully at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Maria "Mary" (Nasswetter) Seimen(2008). Dear father of Anna Marie Wolf of St. Thomas and Richard Seimen(Lorraine) of Ancaster and father -in-law of Cathy Seimen of Tillsonburg. Loving grandfather of Courtney, Jared(Robyn) and Johanna(Andy). Brother-in-law of Katie Theissler, Rose Ungar(John), Heather Theissler(Martin). Predeceased by his son John Seimen, son-in-law George Wolf, brother Michael Seimen and a sister Katie Schlecht.  Born in Romania on August 7, 1931, son of the late Johann and Maria (Weindrich) Seimen. John was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and the German Canadian Club. Friends may call at the  H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 11:00 am. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
