Steve and Jason and family. I am saddened to hear of the passing of your father/grandfather. I will always remember him as a soft spoken gentleman. When I moved to Aylmer, I enjoyed his service and smile. Fast forward a few years, and I came to enjoy the service, smile, humour, banter, sarcasm, wit of the whole staff. I always look forward to doing business at you store. I often tell people of the joys of living in a small community where personal relationships are part of business. Howard was a pillar in the community and it was a huge privilege to be able to work for him at Beaver Lumber in my younger years. He taught me a lot and was always kind and understanding. We are heartbroken over the loss of Uncle Howard. He was one of the kindest, gentlest and sincere men we've ever met. We will never forget him giving Jonny the opportunity to work at the lumberyard. He was not only a wonderful uncle, but a wonderful boss as well. We will miss him terribly. We are grieving with the Secord family and offer our love and support through this horrible time.
