Colin’s achievements throughout his adult life certainly proved him to be a man of exceptional capabilities. Colin was my next door neighbour and dear friend. I enjoyed many wonderful visits with him as I enjoyed his many stories about his adventures in life. I learned many things from Dr. Colin Hayes, a.k.a. The Crime Doctor, and he is one of the most intelligent people I have ever met. I will miss my time with him and I express my deepest sympathy to Elfriede, Adrian and family. Colin will be sadly missed!

Mr.Hayes - thank-you for not let the system change you over the years. I can still remember this like it was yesterday. Your first week on the job in Parry Sound you caught the bank robber in front of the United Church. You certainly were a person to look up to. God Bless William McConnell, (CD) and family.
