Aunt Karen & Alex I am very sorry. I cherished visiting Uncle David as the highlight of our Canada trips. Alex, your Dad was so proud of you. He was one of the most generous people I’ve ever met. We both shared a passion for numismatics, and he always gave very special coins. One of the coins he gave me, a 1914 Canadian penny with King George V on the obverse, I carry every day to work in my right breast pocket. My daughter Grace loved running around in his backyard, and she will miss him too. I’ll look for a photo or two and try to post it on here. I feel blessed to have had a special closeness to him.
