Obituary of Maxine Clara Firby

Firby, Maxine Clara passed away peacefully at her residence in Aylmer on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 in her 81st year. Beloved wife of the late Dennis Firby(2001). Dear mother of Brian Firby(Liz), Murray Firby (Mary Lynn), Mike Firby( Norrie) and Lorraine Watters(Ken). Loving grandmother of Derek(Lori), Todd(Lisa), Tracey(Jason), Angela, Chris(Jessica), Jason and Samantha. Also survived by a number of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Sister  to Don Powers and Wellie White. Sister-in-law to Fred Dean.  Predeceased by sisters Dorothy Littleproud and Deloris Dean and a brother Doug Powers.  Born in New Sarum, on April 19, 1937, daughter of Phillip and Lena Powers. Maxine operated Firby Variety in Springfield.  Cremation has taken place. A service will be held at H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Monday, October 2, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior.  Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
