Obituary of Gerard Wilfred Rau

Rau, “Gerry” Gerard Wilfred of St. Thomas passed away with his family by his side at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 in his 67th year. Beloved husband of Sherry (Fehr) Rau. Dear father of Carrie, Bob(Cali) and Tammy. Grandfather to Robbie and Charli. He will be sadly missed by a sister Judy Rundle(Bruce), brothers Paul Rau(Linda), Ken Rau(Silvana), in-laws Cindy Peters(Jake), Chris Thorne(Tom), Joanne Walker(Wayne) and Richard Fehr(Tracey) and a number nieces and nephews.  Born in Goderich on December 6, 1950, son of the late Wilfred and Marie Rau. Gerry worked at Savaria (Concord Elevator). Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday 6-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Aylmer Full Gospel Church on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 11 a.m. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
