Obituary of Lorne Duncan Campbell

Campbell, Lorne Duncan of Harrietsville passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Saturday, September 9, 2017 in his 79th year.  Beloved husband of  53 years of Gayle (Wyatt) Campbell. Dear father of Michael Campbell(Laura) of St. Thomas and Tammy Spoor(Jeff) of Springfield. Loving grandfather of Marlee, Caitlin, Olivia, Lindsey(Scott),Jessica(Brad). Great-grandfather of Scarlett and Ava. Also survived by sisters Grace McGuffin and Evelyn Demaray, a sister-in-law Linda Smith(Richard), a brother-in-law Jerry Wyatt(Leanne) and a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased  by his son Mark Campbell, in-laws Jarvis and Anne Wyatt.  Born in Nissouri Township on June 3, 1939, son of the late Frank and Alma (West) Campbell. Lorne owned and operated a transport truck for over 25 years and he was an auto mechanic. Visitation at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Thursday 11 a.m.- 11:45 a.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at 12:00 pm.
