Obituary of Phyllis Chadwick

Chadwick: peacefully at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Wednesday, September 14, 2011. Phyllis Constance Chadwick of Metcalfe Gardens, St.Thomas. She had also lived in Aylmer for 5 years and for many years was a resident of Montreal. Beloved wife of Melville Chadwick. Dear mother of Bonnie Stevens and husband Peter of Aylmer and predeceased by brothers Gordon and Victor and a sister Madeliene. Born in Montreal , Quebec on October 3, 1917, daughter of the late Frederick and Lulu (Barclay) Bulmer. Cremation has taken place. A service will be held at Metcalfe Gardens, 45 Metcalfe St., St. Thomas on Monday September 26, 2011 at 2:30 pm. Many thanks to the wonderful staff of Metcalfe Gardens and the palliative care at St.Thomas - Elgin General Hospital.
