Obituary of Joseph Radix

Radix, at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Thursday, August 25, 2011. Joseph Michael Radix of St. Thomas and formerly of Aylmer in his 75th year. Joe was predeceased by a brother, Tony in 1975. He is survived by two nephews Tony and Steven and a niece Carol. Born in St. Thomas on October 1, 1936 son of the late Tony and Anna Radix. He was close friends of the Kurcz family. Joe was a longtime resident of Aylmer and for many years was an employee of the tobacco warehouse and area tobacco farms. His path in the world was a hard one, lit along the way by the goodness of friends and acquaintances. We ask for your thoughts and prayers on his passing. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at the Queen of Peace Cemetery on Tuesday August 30, 2011 at 1 p.m. Donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated.
