Obituary of Earl Rodgers

Rodgers, at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Saturday, August 6, 2011. Earl Edward Rodgers of St. Thomas and formerly of Vienna in his 65th year. Beloved husband of the Margaret (Taylor) Rodgers. Loving father of Melissa Quade and husband Stewart of St. Thomas and Darryl Rodgers and wife Jeanne of Woodstock. Dear brother of Ella-Mae Brown(Don), Jean Nicholson(Bob). Brother-in-law of Randy Taylor(Heather), Linda Brindley, Blaine Taylor(Ruby), Bill Taylor(Pat), Ron Taylor and Tracy Couture(Steve). Also survived by grandchildren Madison, Joshua, Makena, step-grandchildren Justin and Bobby, step-great grandchildren Abby, Gavin and Landon and a number of nieces and nephews. Born in St. Thomas Ontario on January 25, 1947 son of the late Isaac and Sarah (Corbett) Rodgers. Earl was a member of Col. Talbot Branch #81 of the Royal Canadian Legion. The funeral service will be held at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Thursday, August 11, 2011 at 11:00 am. with visitation one hour prior to the service. Cremation will follow. Rev.
