Obituary of Opal Nesbitt

Nesbitt, at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Wednesday, June 15, 2011. Opal Edith Nesbitt of Aylmer in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Samuel Nesbitt (1999). Dear mother of Bonnie Smith and husband Ron of Aylmer, Karen McKinnon and husband Jim of St.Thomas. Bob Nesbitt and wife Barb of Aylmer and Ted Nesbitt of St. Thomas. Loving grandmother of Rick Smith(Angela), Donna Whitcroft, Rob Smith(Lisa), Bobbi Humphrey(Chirs), Bonnie Sliwinski(Jason), Jason Nesbitt(Natalie), Jodi Bennett(Matt), Hayley Humphries(Mike) and John Nesbitt. Sister-in-law of Margaret Arn and Ruth Nesbitt. She will be sadly missed by a number of great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews. Predeceased a sister Pearl Farrow and brothers Harold, Willon and Keith Arn. Born in South Dorchester Twp. Ontario on August 9, 1926 daughter of the late Theadore and Catherine (Thomlinson) Arn. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday 2-4 & 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held on Saturday June 18, 2011 at 1:00 pm. Pastor John Twinem, officiating, Interment of cremated remains in the Aylmer Cemetery at a later date. Donations to Alzheimers Society or charity of ones choice would be appreciated.
